Cibaria knows how important it is that you receive your products in a timely manner. Due to the increased volume of shipments, we are unable to individually contact everyone for their credit card information on the day the product is scheduled for shipment. In an effort to keep shipments on time we are asking for your help. Please make a note of the following changes for credit card payments:

Effective immediately, all credit card payments will be due by 2:00pm one (1) business day prior to the proposed shipping/will call date for your order. The shipping/will call date will be clearly stated on the sales order confirmation and going forward it will be your responsibility for submitting the information to our freight department in customer service, at extension 402, for processing. For customers that keep a current credit card on file, it will automatically be processed prior to 2:00pm one business day prior to shipping.

Please note, if payment information is not received on time and a current credit card is not on file, the order will be postponed.
