First Order? What to Expect

Once an order has been placed online, it is transmitted to our customer service department. All orders received on a business day before 12/Noon Pacific Standard time will be processed on that day. Orders received after noon will be processed the following business day. A work order will be generated and sent to our production department. Production will confirm inventory and assign a day and time that the order will be ready for shipment. A typical lead time for bulk product is 5-10 business days and 10-15 business days for Pre Packed Bottled product. Keep in mind that your transit time is in addition to our lead time. A Sales Order Confirmation will then be sent to the email address that we have on file. It is important to review this confirmation for errors. Your pallet and weight information will also be on the Sales Order Confirmation. You may set up your own freight or Cibaria can arrange it for you. You do not pay online. If you don't have a credit card number on file with us, our accounting department will contact you on the day that the product is going to ship for payment processing.
