In Response to COVID-19

The Cibaria Team would like you to know that we are trying very hard to serve our customers as best we can. Due to the COVID challenges our lead times have significantly increased.
The Covid-19 situation has really hit every food business in multiple ways. We have had delays in receiving products and components from our vendors, we have been slammed with orders from every segment of our business and we are having employee issues. Although we have instituted stringent procedures to keep our employees safe from the virus, we cannot control what they do in their off-time so we have had multiple people taking leave for themselves and family members. With our government paying more for unemployment than people can make working, it has tied our hands in trying to hire more employees.
Our average production worker is working 6 days per week with daily overtime. We really can't work them any harder than we are without burning them out especially in the heat wave we are experiencing.
