Ingredients
•  1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
•  1/4 cup tahini
•  2 tablespoons lemon juice
•  1 tablespoon olive oil
•  1 garlic clove
•  1/2 teaspoon salt
•  2-4 tablespoons water
Instructions
1.  Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt to a food processor.
2.  Blend until smooth.
3.  Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
4.  Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or salt if needed.
