Unleashing Flavorful Magic: The Recipe

With this recipe, bacon is transformed into crispy perfection through a roasting process that unlocks their rich flavors and irresistible texture. But what truly sets this dish apart is the heavenly glazing made with our signature Hickory Maple Balsamic Vinegar.

In a harmonious blend of sweet maple syrup, decadent brown sugar, and a hint of black pepper, our Hickory Maple Balsamic Glazing takes center stage. This exquisite combination not only enhances the natural smokiness of the bacon but also adds a depth of flavor that leaves a lasting impression.

Roasted Bacon in Hickory Maple Balsamic Glazing

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon slices
  • 1/4 cup Cibaria International's Hickory Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Arrange the thick-cut bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Hickory Maple Balsamic Vinegar from Cibaria International, maple syrup, brown sugar, and ground black pepper until well combined.
  4. Brush or drizzle the hickory maple balsamic glazing mixture over each bacon slice, coating them evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the bacon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness, flipping the slices halfway through cooking and basting with more glazing if desired.
  6. Remove the roasted bacon from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter.
